As silicone-based materials, the GTR-Series can be formulation-optimized to meet demanding application requirements—such as those requiring ultra-low outgassing or minimal oil bleeding. The low-volatility, ultra-soft variants deliver outstanding thermal conductivity while satisfying stringent environmental and mechanical constraints in specialized scenarios.
