Guanxu® GTH-D Series is a two-component EMI-absorbing thermally conductive gel specifically engineered for high-performance electronic applications. It delivers excellent electromagnetic interference (EMI) noise suppression while providing reliable thermal conductivity—making it ideal for scenarios that require simultaneous EMI absorption and heat dissipation.
The gel-like physical form offers exceptional application flexibility and adaptability to variable gaps, with outstanding compressibility and conformability. It is well-suited for large-scale, automated dispensing processes and particularly effective for irregular surfaces and complex gap-filling applications. Unlike conventional gels, the cured material is dry-to-touch, significantly broadening its range of practical uses.
