Thermal conductive material
Two-Component Thermal Gel
The GTDd series two-component thermal gel exhibits excellent thixotropy and low viscosity before curing, making it highly suitable for precision dispensing. Once the two components are mixed at room temperature, the material cures rapidly to form a soft, compliant thermal interface.
Thanks to its high compressibility, the cured gel minimizes interfacial thermal resistance and maintains outstanding performance throughout thermal cycling, mechanical shock, and other reliability tests. Combining the benefits of high thermal conductivity, conformability, and process efficiency, this two-part system is compatible with automated dispensing equipment and supports rework when needed. It delivers long-term stability and is ideal for a wide range of demanding thermal management applications.
