Thermal Grease

Guanxu® GXG series thermal grease is a thermally conductive compound designed for use between high-power electronic components and heat sinks. Its excellent wetting properties allow it to rapidly fill microscopic voids at the interface, significantly reducing interfacial thermal resistance. This enables fast and efficient cooling of electronic components, thereby extending their service life and enhancing reliability.
