One-Component Thermal Gel
GTGs one-component thermal gel is a semi-solid material that bridges the gap between liquid and solid states, combining the advantages of both thermal pads and thermal greases. Formulated with a silicone-based matrix filled with high-performance ceramic powders, it offers superior performance and reliability.
Unlike traditional thermal greases, this thermal gel does not suffer from oil separation during storage and is reusable. It exerts extremely low mechanical stress on components during application and operates reliably across a wide temperature range.
